Our array of six (6) new and late model
Mitsubishi EDM Machines includes both submersible and
non- submersible machines. This variety of machines
allows us the flexibility to perform precision EDM work
on a variety of parts sizes and weights. All of our
machines are equipped with Auto-Thread capability to
insure maximum efficiency. We have the capability to
operate with .004 to .012 diameter wire depending on
the part geometry.

Our material handling,
fixturing and tooling insures that we can handle, load
and secure nearly every shape and size part. We operate
two programming systems including ESPRIT-W and SmartCam.

Our inspection capability includes a variety of devices
